Value Added Tax

The prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate on all applicable products and shown separately on your invoice.

Packaging and Delivery

For all destinations in the United Kingdom goods will be packed and delivered at a charge of £7.95 plus VAT.

Urgent Orders

All orders from our Nottingham Warehouse will normally be despatched within 3 days from the receipt of your order and will be delivered to your establishment 5-7 days later. Express Delivery is charged at £9.95 (excl. VAT) and goods should reach you within 48 hours. For all deliveries we will be pleased to advise you of the likely delivery period. However, the company will not be responsible for any subsequent delays in delivery.

Prices

Prices in this catalogue will remain fixed until 31st December 2007 unless circumstances beyond our control dictate otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and those charged will be prices ruling at the date of receipt of the customer order. Prices are strictly net.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Payment should be made to:

You may pay invoices either by cheque or by BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact our Customer Service Department for the relevant bank account details. The company reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue   accounts at the rate currently of 2.5% per month.

Title of Goods

Ownership (Title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.

Goods are offered subject to availability.

Wrongly Ordered Goods

If goods are genuinely ordered in error the company will discuss with the customer the possibilities of returning the goods. In instances where this is agreed the company will levy a charge for re-packing and carriage.

Receipt of Goods

Under normal circumstances all goods on your order will be despatched complete. Occasionally, however, we may not be able to supply all goods and in these circumstances we will advise you of the action we have taken on our depatch documentation. Generally speaking, unless the product is no longer available, we will endeavour to supply the out of stock lines soon thereafter or supply a near equivalent or ask you to re-order. We will advise you of the action we have taken. If you have any queries on the above, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department.

Delivery Discrepancies

Although we make every effort to avoid them there are occasions when deliveries may contain goods damaged in transit or contain wrong items or even have items missing. To help our Customer Service Department provide a speedy and efficient service we would request that you always check the number of parcels received at the time of delivery. Check the contents of the cartons carefully and should there be a problem with the consignment please ensure you report this to our Customer Service Department within 3 working days of receipt. Should an unexpected consignment or part of a consignment not arrive please notify the company within 5 days of the invoice date. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorisation. In the event of a query, contact our Customer Service Department who will advise you how to proceed.

Direct Deliveries

Please note that some products are delivered direct to customers from our manufacturer and will be despatched and invoiced separately. Delivery may take longer for these items. If such items are ordered in error or you wish to return these items a returns charge will normally be incurred.
