Dribble, shoot, score… with Marlow Hockey Club

Daisy and Chris from Marlow Hockey club we’re at the Sports Nut Duathlon promoting Hockey and getting young people to try something new. Hockey is a great sport to get children involved. The sport can teach many life skills such as teamwork, work ethic and perseverance. There are also many other physical skills that you can learn from hockey which can be adapted and used in other sports such as hand eye coordination, ball control, attacking and defending.

The hockey club adapted the sport on the day to allow everyone to be involved, they did this by using smaller Hockey Sticks and Larger Hockey Balls to make it easier for young people to play.
