Jenny from Cross fit Wycombe promotes the importance of being mobile and physically active, no matter what age. Most importantly, its more beneficial for young people to start being active from an early age and learn active habits that stay with them for life. Jenny had a physical injury and used fitness in order to rehabilitate herself. By using weights and strength exercises, she started to build her strength and found a new love for fitness.
