1. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 200 per order with a minimum of 100 per size.

2. What types of footballs can I customise?

We offer customisation on our Shoshin 365 training footballs and Shoshin 90+ match footballs. If you’re looking for something specific, just ask!

3. What materials are the custom footballs made from?

Our custom Shoshin 365 Training Balls and Shoshin 90+ Match Balls are the quality Shoshin products you’ve come to expect, emblazoned with your club crest and colours. Shoshin 90+ Match Balls are a similar quality to the Forza Icon, Mitre Delta, Precision Neuno and Samba Pro Infiniti, with the Shoshin 365 Training Balls similar to Forza Academy, Mitre Impel One, Samba Infiniti Training and Precision Fusion so as such are suitable for training and matches.

4. What customisation options are available?

You can typically add logos, text, numbers, graphics, and choose from a range of colours. Some models also support full-panel design printing.

5. How much do the custom Shoshin footballs cost?

Our custom Shoshin 365 training footballs are from £10.79 inc. VAT and our custom Shoshin 90+ match footballs are £22.79 inc. VAT. Final pricing will be confirmed after design approval.

6. Do you require payment up front?

Yes, we do require 100% payment up front for all orders. We will not send your order to the factory and production will not begin until we have received cleared funds. Once you have agreed on your designs and placed your order, one of our team will send you an invoice to make payment against.

7. Can I choose my own ball colours?

Absolutely! Our custom Shoshin training and match footballs can be designed to meet your clubs’ exact needs. Have specific club colours? Just share with us and let our designers do the rest.

8. What file types do you accept for logos or artwork?

We recommend high-resolution files such as PNG, JPG, SVG, or vector files (AI, EPS) for the best print quality.

9. Do you offer design assistance?

Absolutely. Our design team will work with you to create a design that stands out and represents your football club or team.

10. Will I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes. We always provide a digital proof for approval before moving your order into production.

11. Can I make any changes to our order if it has been sent to production?

If you have approved the digital proof and given us the official green light to send your order into production and have made payment, then unfortunately you are unable to make any changes to your order once it is in production.

12. What is the lead time on my order?

For custom Shoshin footballs, the standard production usually takes 12–16 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. Please note that these lead times can fluctuate due to the time of year and seasonal demand which is why we quote a window of 12–16 weeks.

13. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

14. What is the returns policy?

Custom Shoshin footballs are made to order and are based on a customer approved digital proof. Therefore, made to order products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

However, we appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong. If there’s a defect, printing error, or damage during shipping, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement. The goods must be in their original, unused condition and the cost of any loss or subsequent damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

15. How do I place an order?

Ordering with us is easy! Simply complete the form and one of our team will be in touch within 5 days to discuss your design. Once you’ve approved your design, our team will process payment, and your order will be confirmed. We will communicate with you on a regular basis throughout the manufacturing stage and will confirm an estimated delivery date in advance.

16. Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. We keep your design on file, so reorders are simple. Just let us know your previous order number or email address.
